Important Notes:

• All rates are subject to an additional 5% VAT charge
• Form submission does not secure participation (regular or sponsor). Participation is contingent on availability, clearance of prior financial dues, and written confirmation from the Career Services team.
• Cancellation / Withdrawal / No-Show: Following written confirmation from the Career Services team, any withdrawal or cancellation made fewer than [16] calendar days before the event, or any failure to attend, will incur liability for 100% of the applicable participation/sponsorship fee.
• Registrations and booths allocation are handled on a first-come first-serve basis within selected category
• Copies of trade license & VAT certificate need to be submitted with the registration form if this is the first participation of your company in the career fair.
• Upon confirmation of participation, LPO is required within 5 working days to secure the confirmation as well as to issue the invoice. The university reserves the right to release the confirmation without providing notice in case LPO isn’t provided as required.
• All bank transfer fees and any additional charges shall be the sole responsibility of the company. AUS will only accept payments in the full amount as stated on the invoice. Any shortfall resulting from deductions, transfer fees, or other charges must be settled by the company wihtout delay.
• By signing this registration form, I hereby confirm that I am authorized to sign on behalf, and represent, the company/organization which I am registering to participate in the AUS Career Fair – Spring 2026.
